About the Role:
- Primary contact for pharmacy clients, managing performance across retail, mail, specialty, and rebate programs.
- Coordinates teams, PBMs, and vendors; reports to Senior VP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships, business reviews, and escalations.
- Lead implementations, monitor service delivery, and resolve issues.
- Analyze data, develop reports, and improve outcomes.
