Job Description
Lead the EMEA SDR business as an experienced Outbound Sales Development Manager. The Sales Development team focuses on driving net new logos for the business. SDRs are the forefront of our Twilio brand and need to adjust quickly and effectively.
Coach and develop a high-performing team of 8β12 outbound Sales Development Representatives, providing regular feedback, mentoring, and structured training. You will own team performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to drive a high-quality pipeline generation. Partner with SDRs to refine account targeting strategies and drive adoption of the SDR tech stack. Address performance gaps through coaching plans and HR collaboration. Hire, onboard, and ramp exceptional SDR talent.
