About the job:
- Responsible for managing day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of workflow and procedures.
- Requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in cloud technologies, and a keen focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) by monitoring and managing service delivery against agreed-upon performance targets, such as incident resolution times and service request fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency across all aspects of cloud hosting operations.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our clients' data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
