Job Description

The Manager, Customer Onboarding Services, Software serves as leader to the Onboarding & Data Migration teams guaranteeing teams are providing a successful & timely onboarding for new customers as they transition from previous practice management software to MyCase. This role is important for the customer lifecycle and ensures the team has the tools, programs, and coaching to successfully train customers on the product, migrate their viable data, and assist them in their Payments & Integrations set up. The Manager, Customer Onboarding Services works in conjunction with Sales & Customer Success leadership to ensure customer escalations are handled promptly & churn is mitigated through these efforts and is responsible for establishing team goals & team/personal KPIs, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service to customers. Successful Managers are motivated, have a passion for helping others, have operational agility and technical and interpersonal skills.
