Job Description

Help expand into new states and be part of building our employment brand to be known as THE PLACE to work if you are a mobile or virtual clinician. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for clinical roles including but not limited to Sprinters, Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Managers. Utilize existing professional network and actively source new candidates through various channels such as referrals, social media, job boards, and other applicable avenues. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific healthcare roles. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals, preferences, and availability. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, and offer negotiation. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing requirements. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (currently Lever). Leverage data to identify what is working and where to improve the hiring process.
