Job Description
The VP, Revenue Operations is the center point of our go-to-market teams. This role will lead the entire Operations Team and be responsible for the corresponding Tech Stack (Salesforce, i360, Sales Navigator, Outreach, 6Sense, CPQ, Pardot Gong, etc.).
The role will report to the CRO, and work as a strategic business partner to the New Sales, Account Management, Marketing, SDR, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure our processes, systems, and people are aligned, efficient, and optimized to achieve our sales growth goals. Work with the executive leadership team to create and manage processes within the sales and customer lifecycle, forecasting and budgeting to hit company revenue goals, KPIs, tracking and dashboards. Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize our existing processes & tools and replace/integrate new ones when appropriate. Establish and lead the deal desk function with support from finance, legal and product.
