HCM Analyst

The HCM Analyst will support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of National Debt Relief’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will assist in system configuration, user support, data integrity, and reporting, ensuring that the platform aligns with business and HR requirements. Reporting to the HCM Manager, the HCM Analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and drive system efficiencies. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 to 18 months. Responsibilities include assisting in the daily administration and maintenance of the HCM system, performing basic system configurations, supporting system updates, conducting regular system health checks, assisting with data imports/exports, maintaining compliance with data security and privacy regulations, providing technical support, and assisting in report development and data analysis. The salary for this position is $70,000 to $85,000.
