Client Success Account Sr Manager

The Client Success Senior Manager role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with Wellhub's clients. This includes leading client meetings, understanding their objectives, and developing strategies to help them achieve these goals. The role also involves contract negotiation, planning client launches, analyzing client data, and providing product feedback. This employee will assist with supporting the West Coast. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
