Job Description
HR Partner Role:
-Serve as the primary HR partner to commercial leadership.
-Address day-to-day HR needs and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
-Promote a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
-Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles.
-Screen candidates, interview, and onboard new hires.
-Partner with training teams to deliver effective onboarding programs.
Performance Management:
-Support performance management processes, including reviews and talent assessments.
-Coach managers and employees.
-Track HR KPIs, analyze trends, and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement.
