Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize in-product guides and messages using Pendo or Gainsight PX.
- Partner with technical teams to design and test A/B tests, webhooks, and data integrations with Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
- Deliver training and best practices on in-app messaging capabilities and reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, In-Product Messaging, or Product Operations.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, custom event tagging, and API integrations.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
