Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure.
- Utilize Commercial Project tracking tools and specification software/ platforms to generate and follow-up on leads.
- Achieve sales growth plan goals through the break specification process of LiftMaster products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales/marketing in the construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time internationally and domestically.
Preferred:
- AIA CSI Certifications
- Marketing and sales management experience associated with the new construction industry
