Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales targets to meet company objectives.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with business development to drive increased close ratios and margin expansion.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops annual sales plan in support of RMR organization strategy and objectives.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Coach and grow the sales team on the use of sales methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is required.
  • 10 or more years in sales leadership role to include executive level work experience is required.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including ability to lead successfully in a matrixed environment.
