Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales targets to meet company objectives.
- Develop strategic sales plans to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with business development to drive increased close ratios and margin expansion.
Essential Functions:
- Develops annual sales plan in support of RMR organization strategy and objectives.
- Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Coach and grow the sales team on the use of sales methodology and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is required.
- 10 or more years in sales leadership role to include executive level work experience is required.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including ability to lead successfully in a matrixed environment.
