As a Care Expert, your primary mission is to transform member requests into delightful experiences. You'll be their trusted guide, providing meaningful solutions that make a real difference, swift and timely responses when they need you most, crystal-clear, accurate information, and transparent and helpful guidance every step of the way. You'll become well versed in the French healthcare system and the unique needs of the B2B partners who’ve chosen Alan as their corporate health insurance provider.
Your time will be divided with 80% dedicated to exceptional member support and 20% driving innovative Care projects tailored to your unique expertise. Project leadership opportunities are available where you can drive process excellence, guide fellow Alaners, and shape the future of Care at Alan. Projects are shaped by your passions and expertise, making each role unique.
