About You:
- Applied experience in employee engagement or performance management.
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing survey feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
What You'll Do:
- Advise customers on employee listening and performance management design.
- Analyze survey results and help customers find the signal in the noise.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation Managers to drive value, adoption, and retention.
