Employee Relations Strategy:
- Develops and implements an employee relations strategy that establishes standards for workplace investigations
- Ensures consistent handling of workplace concerns and policy application
- Partners closely with People Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders
Investigations & Risk Management:
- Oversees and conducts complex investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Partners with legal on high risk cases
- Maintains confidentiality while managing sensitive, high-profile matters
Data & Reporting:
- Analyzes ER data to identify trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborates with head of Talent Management and head of L&D to inform training and preventative initiatives
