- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director roles across all global functions
- Partner closely with the 2 Executive Recruiters (VP+) to ensure alignment on leadership standards
- Provide a seamless transition between functional and executive search
Market Mapping:
- Proactively conduct deep-dive research and market mapping to identify high-potential senior leadership talent
- Identify talent in fintech, banking, and technology hubs globally
Candidate Experience:
- Deliver a high-touch, professional experience tailored for senior leaders
- Ensure they are well-briefed on Moniepoint’s vision and leadership expectations
