Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales roles, from intake through to offer stage.
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists quickly, with a strong focus on relevance and market fit.
  • Work confidently with ATS systems to ensure accurate tracking, notes, and compliance.

Sourcing & Market Mapping:

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, ATS databases, and local job platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.
  • Continuously map competitor companies and talent pools within fintech and financial services.

Candidate Management:

  • Own candidate communication end-to-end, ensuring a professional, responsive, and transparent experience.
  • Conduct initial screening calls in strong Business English.
  • Keep candidates engaged through long or complex processes.
