Inspiren is building an AI-native digital health company and needs someone to own both core business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite) and the intelligent automation layered on top.
This role defines how the company operates at scale, with a coaching mandate to upskill teams on automation.

What You Will Do:

Design, build, and own production-grade automation and agent workflows across the full project lifecycle.
Ensure data integrity and governance, run disciplined change management, and administer Salesforce and NetSuite.
Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify high-value improvements and maintain a single cross-functional roadmap.

What You Bring:

4+ years in business systems or technical operations, with hands-on Salesforce and NetSuite administration depth.
Specialist-level knowledge of agentic workflow design and prompt engineering, with a track record of building trust with non-technical stakeholders.
A coaching instinct and sound data governance judgment, especially around PHI and HIPAA.
