Client Relationships:
- The Account Executive should foresee potential problems in client projects/bids.
- They will work with the fieldwork team to manage client expectations and deliver the best outcome.
- They should have knowledge of their Client’s business.
New Business Culture:
- Own the vibrant, competitive and supportive business development culture.
- Focus on prospecting and new account acquisition.
Teamwork:
- They should be comfortable working with all departments.
- The Account Executive is the central co-ordination role of the team, providing accurate briefing.
- It is expected that the Account Executive has the judgment to know when they should seek guidance from their seniors prior to a situation becoming critical and to offer support when they feel it is needed.
