Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within assigned region.
- Develop and implement clinical sales plans to achieve goals set by senior management.
- Lead training, education, and installation processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years sales experience, including 5+ years in medical device sales.
- Proven track record in managing and developing a sales force.
- Strong clinical sales background and excellent communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Ability to travel up to 50% depending on account distribution.
- Remote field management and implementation of sales process platform.
- Knowledge of Operating Room environment required.
