Sr. Manager/Director of HR and People Operations

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager or Director of HR and People Ops to help scale and evolve our People function as we continue to grow globally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment, cares deeply about people experience and culture, and can build scalable systems and programs that empower teams to do their best work. The person in this role will report to the VP of People Strategy and be a key partner in building and delivering people programs that support our high-performing, mission-driven team. Job Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of core People Operations programs, building and continuously improving processes and policies to support a distributed, international workforce. This person will partner closely with the COO and leadership team on org design, workforce planning, and scaling the team responsibly. Managing and mentoring a small team, owning key People systems, and partnering with Finance and Legal teams on audits, reporting, and compliance are additional responsibilities.
