Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Pricing Strategy Director to collaborate with Sales and Proposals teams.
- This role will craft winning PBM offers with an emphasis on larger enterprise clients.
- The successful candidate is commercially-minded and deeply knowledgeable around AWP discount and rebate guarantee pricing.
What you will do:
- Conduct repricing and member experience analyses of prospect data.
- Compose offers that large employers understand and find compelling.
- Generate pricing and related answers to be entered into RFP platforms.
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits RFPs, contracts, and pricing.
- Experience with historical claims data to assess risk through reprice and trend analyses.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce, Box, Google Suite.
