Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Gurobi Optimization, you will drive pipeline growth via outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads. You'll target accounts, engage decision-makers, and convert leads into opportunities. Outbound prospecting involves identifying high-value prospects through multiple channels, using personalized messaging, and scheduling qualified meetings. Inbound lead management includes responding to leads promptly, prioritizing them based on fit, and collaborating with marketing and sales. You'll also conduct in-depth account research to tailor outreach strategies, maintain knowledge of Gurobi’s offerings, and partner with Account Directors to align on strategy.
