You will own and grow a strategic book of business valued at $2M+, ensuring customer retention, expansion, and long-term success. Build and nurture executive-level relationships to drive advocacy, adoption, and expansion. Provide strategic guidance across onboarding, integrations, platform configuration, and ongoing engagement.
Acting as a trusted advisor, provide data-driven insights to help customers achieve their objectives. Proactively improve customer health by showing value, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and implementing retention strategies. Drive cross-functional collaboration and execute upsell opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement, AP automation, and spend management.
