What You’ll Do:
- Review and process legal requests for account information from U.S. and global law enforcement and government agencies
- Participate in the Trust & Safety Policy emergency on-call rotation, which reviews and processes Emergency Removal Requests and Emergency Disclosure Requests on a 24x7 basis
- Manage internal escalations and educate partner teams on our policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years relevant work experience, specifically handling legal requests for account information from U.S. law enforcement and/or government agencies
- Critical thinker who creates tailored solutions to a wide range of challenges
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
