Role Overview:
- Define and execute the strategy for field-specific enablement needs.
- Lead a team with priorities split across global skill program adoption, bespoke sales team needs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage quarterly connects with sales leadership to align on business impact.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in sales as a quota-carrying Account Executive or sales manager.
- Experience leading a field-facing enablement or sales operations team.
- Strong track record of driving adoption across a distributed sales organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual OTE salary range: $150,640 — $215,200 USD.
- Above-market total compensation including base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity.
