Sure, you know your way around payroll ledgers, but are you ready to build, design, automate, and herd cats across time zones? As our Global Payroll Manager, you’ll command the payroll ops air traffic control tower for employees and contractors spanning the globe. You'll partner with People, Finance, and Legal, working hand-in-hand to ensure every paycheck is accurate, legal, timely. Lead and Own the entire payroll process, both regular and off-cycle, for our global roster of employees and contractors. Scrutinize payroll journals, prepare reconciliations, and handle variances. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, champion automation, and never settle for the dreaded we’ve always done it this way.
