Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to policyholders.
• Assist customers with questions regarding life, cancer, and other insurance policies.
• Help initiate and navigate sensitive claims when needed.

Qualifications:

• Patient and compassionate demeanor, comfortable handling emotional conversations.
• Strong listening skills and ability to speak clearly at a conversational pace.
• Previous customer service, call center, or insurance experience a plus.

• Starting pay at $14/hr plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
