ServiceNow System Administrator

What You’ll Do:

• Support the initial configuration and operationalization of ServiceNow instances across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Manage, configure, and maintain ServiceNow instances to ensure platform availability, performance, stability, security, and supportability.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, including configuration standards, naming conventions, and change processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 5+ years of system administration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration experience.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks, STIGs, and ATO support activities.
