Own the daily operational management of the pipeline, ensuring visibility across all accounts from sales handoff to launch.
Monitor movement, identify bottlenecks, enforce timelines, and escalate risks proactively.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Onboarding, and Operations teams.
Ensure clean handoffs and prevent delays caused by unclear ownership or incomplete information.

Process Improvement and Governance:

Establish and enforce pipeline SLAs, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive process improvements.
Design workflows, escalation protocols, and automation to enhance pipeline velocity.
