  • Assist with outbound lead follow-up activities
  • Support the internal sales team with scheduling and communication

Client Onboarding & Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM
  • Update account information and document interactions properly
  • Assist with onboarding and account setup processes
