Job Description
The Sales Operations Lead (SOL) is a valuable resource for the Regional Sales Operations team. In addition to standard Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) responsibilities, the SOL will provide additional support to the regional Director of Operations to help maintain a successful operational sales process. SOL will refine and manage the internalΒ Deal Registration process for the region as well as assist with other regional and corporate projects, as needed. Roles include generating quotes,Β tracking opportunities, processing purchase orders, etc
Additional responsibilities involve refining and maintaining an effective and sustainable Deal Registration process, working closely with the Corporate Vendor Relationship Management team, assisting the Regional Management team with special projects, and conducting performance reviews for direct reports. Mentorship to junior team members on professional growth and development is also a responsibility.
