Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for building the Sales channel by attracting and qualifying Life Sciences prospects who are evaluating or considering patient data and services for commercial and Real World Evidence use cases. You will directly impact the growth of our business by generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build and increase our customer base. You will receive a ton of training on PointClickCare products and services and learn about the senior care industry.
You'll engage with your assigned territory of prospects to understand their business and look for opportunities to schedule meetings for them with Account Executives. You will use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers. Help prospects identify the need for LTPAC patient data that will lead to increased quality of care. Resourcefulness is key in your day to day role, and you will contribute to booking and revenue targets.
