About the Role:
- Acts as a trusted legal advisor on group health plan administration, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and contract negotiation.
- Supports operational compliance for utilization management, wellness programs, and clinical initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts.
- Provide legal counsel on health and welfare benefit plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Respond to benefits-related disputes, claims, and appeals.
What You'll Bring:
- J.D. and active license to practice law in a U.S. state.
- 5-10 years of legal experience in health and welfare benefits and ERISA fiduciary matters.
- Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
