Bilingual Certification Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Work daily in a proprietary database for data entry, client submissions, and workload assignment.
• Support clients via phone and email in Spanish and English, and process inspections and certificates.
• Provide Spanish translations for team resources and ensure accuracy and tone.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and professionalism in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary of $50,479 per year with competitive pay.
