Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Practice Sales and Acquisitions to develop comprehensive business, financial, and project plans for affiliate physician retirement.
- Initiate and facilitates practice sale transactions, acting as a liaison between retiring affiliate physicians and prospective buyers to ensure a successful outcome.
- Drive the execution of succession agreements by negotiating physician contracts, presenting legal documentation, practice sale disclosures, and key business intelligence to stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison across sales, recruitment, and internal departments to align succession strategies and ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans that support growth, retention, and long-term organizational goals.
