Accountabilities:
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of B2B group subscription accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on retention, revenue protection, and expansion.
- Use AI tools to research accounts, prepare materials, and collaborate with teams.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B renewals, account management, or subscription sales.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Strong CRM experience with HubSpot and excellent communication skills.
