The Role:

  • You'll architect sales infrastructure from scratch, owning the systems that power the B2B revenue engine.
  • You'll have direct exposure to sales leadership and room to grow into an ops leadership role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, often as the first to solve a given problem.
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: data model, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, integrations.
  • Build and maintain prospecting/enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn, and conversation intelligence tools.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Practical experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow.
