Ibility is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to lead and support change initiatives for a large federal agency.
This role focuses on applying proven change management methodologies to address human factors impacting strategic goals.
The OCM Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and enable sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess OCM and operational readiness, facilitate meetings with government clients, and coordinate across business units.
Develop and execute communication plans, define activities to support change, and deploy user adoption/training programs.
Serve as a trusted advisor and ensure quality and compliance of deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field with 5+ years of management consulting or change management experience.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and experience with system/IT implementation preferred.
Highly proficient in MS Office Applications and ability to work independently with strong organization skills.
