What you'll be challenged to do:
- Manage proposals and assure capture strategy transitions to proposal strategy through final submittal.
- Lead interview development and work closely with Manager for input and oversight.
- Research and drive opportunity development with Capture Manager concurrently across multiple opportunities.
Supervisory responsibilities:
- Manage one or more assistant proposal specialists on a day-to-day basis.
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members and review work for quality compliance.
- Serve as timesheet approver and perform Performance Evaluation Reviews.
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range $125,000 - $165,000 depending on experience and location.
