VP of Business Systems

Systems Strategy and Architecture:

• Set and drive the enterprise systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across GTM, Finance, People, and Operations.
• Audit the current technology landscape, identify redundancy and gaps, and lead a disciplined effort to streamline and consolidate the stack.
• Own the architecture and integration of core business systems for clean data flow.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems team, including admins, analysts, and engineers as the function scales.
• Partner with the CFO on technology investment decisions, vendor strategy, and contract negotiation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable system solutions, distinguishing process issues from tooling problems.

Data Integrity and Governance:

• Establish governance for system selection, implementation, and spend to bring rigor to technology adoption.
• Own data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and foundations for trustworthy analytics across the business.
• Define and uphold standards for security, access, and compliance across all business applications.
