- Serve as primary point of contact for premium audit inquiries.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly with accurate information.
- Explain audit processes and findings clearly to clients.
Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team.
- Assist auditors in gathering necessary documentation from clients.
- Schedule and confirm audit appointments to ensure readiness.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Prepare and distribute audit reports and summaries.
- Track communication metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Improvement:
- Ensure all communications comply with company policies and regulations.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication processes.
