Overview:
- Manage customer fulfillment opportunities and partner closely with the Staffing sales BDE team to drive and promote staffing services.
- Support the full staffing lifecycle, maintaining strong customer and candidate relationships.
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the hiring and placement process.
Your Impact:
- Coordinate the full staffing cycle from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team
- Communicate directly with customers to help support understanding job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of staffing services and recruiting processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting staffing sales and customer fulfillment processes.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills with both clients and candidates.
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline and accuracy.
