About the Role:
- You'll own the full invoice-to-cash cycle.
- You'll manage customer billing relationships and run collections.
- You'll work closely with Sales and Operations.
What You'll Do:
- Pull billable activity and create client-ready invoices.
- Maintain the Master Invoice Tracker and reconcile payments.
- Automate manual tasks and help evaluate billing tools.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years in accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
- An ownership mindset and comfort in a remote environment.
