Role Overview:
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams in the Finance Product organization.
- Focus on Strategic Finance initiatives including workforce planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Model Builders, and Data Engineering throughout project execution.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Finance Systems, FP&A, or Solution Design.
- Experience with Anaplan or Pigment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $146,200 - $255,900 plus equity and incentives.
