Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as a technical expert, optimizing ServiceNow best practices with a strong focus on configuration versus customization. You'll support engagement efforts like process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders. You will advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Solutionโ€™s standard capabilities to improve their processes. Leading customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology, you'll guide customers in completing required documentation and drafting technically-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies. The role involves leading technical aspects of project and solution delivery, including developing integration components, portal components, and preparing customer-facing deliverables focused on the technology and quality of the solution.
