Job Description
As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as a technical expert, optimizing ServiceNow best practices with a strong focus on configuration versus customization. You'll support engagement efforts like process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders. You will advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Solutionโs standard capabilities to improve their processes. Leading customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology, you'll guide customers in completing required documentation and drafting technically-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies. The role involves leading technical aspects of project and solution delivery, including developing integration components, portal components, and preparing customer-facing deliverables focused on the technology and quality of the solution.
