Overview:

  • This role supports event activations across multiple markets within the Moët Hennessy national field program.
  • You will assist with staffing coordination, logistics alignment, and administrative responsibilities.

Essential Duties:

  • Support the Market Manager team with event planning and provide administrative relief to the field team.
  • Serve as a project manager across internal initiatives and help with client-facing recaps.
  • Plan designated event logistics including budgets, assets, and partner coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in field marketing, special events, and spirits marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
