HRIS Operation Support:
- Provide second-line support for complex SuccessFactors incidents and service requests.
- Coach HRIS analysts and team members to improve support capability.
- Identify recurring issues, complete root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
System Administration & Support:
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for Employee Central and additional modules.
- Configure and administer the platform including permissions, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues with structured root cause analysis.
Implementation & Project Management:
- Lead technical delivery of SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Partner with HR product owners and project managers to define requirements and translate into technical deliverables.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and defects, escalating blockers with clear options.
