Technical Account Manager

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic and growth level client accounts to foster long-term business relationships and drive client satisfaction. You will increase client satisfaction through regular meetings to understand business needs and serve as a technical liaison. The Technical Account Manager will drive additional revenue and retention within assigned client portfolio and act as a point of escalation. You will also supervise customer health and act as a client advocate.
