Director of Commercial Operations & Logistics

As the Director of Commercial Operations & Logistics you will work closely with the Warehouse Managers and the Commercial Operations Team. This role demands a results-driven, hands-on leader who can foster a positive team culture, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer and delivery experience. You will be accountable for aligning operations with company goals, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the fully burdened P&L for commercial operations and warehouse functions, ensuring execution and operational alignment across teams. You will also identify operational challenges and proactively propose solutions and collaborate with internal and external partners to foster a positive working environment.
